Sacred Chocolate & Kundalini Yoga Ceremony

We are so excited to be collaborating with @thehealersnest Saare Elizabeth who is a plant medicine apprentice, Reiki Master, and Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga Yoga Teacher.

Saare Elizabeth will guide us to connect deeper to our heart space and 2022 intentions with a Sacred Chocolate Ceremony (also known as a Cacao ceremony) and Kundalini Yoga Meditation practice.

Cacao is the highest and purest form of chocolate and it is considered a food for the gods. Cacao is a sacred heart medicine sourced from Guatemala, grown and prayed over from the Shamans of the land use energies according to the Mayan Calendar. When the sacred chocolate is consumed with intention, the connoisseur can experience bouts of euphoria, healing, and creativity.

When coupled with a physical practice such as intuitive dance or in this case with Kundalini Yoga, the magical experience beings to leave an energetic imprint that goes and grows with you that feels loveable, whole, and grateful.

Kundalini Yoga Meditation is a sacred technology that helps the practitioner take responsibility and direct their energy to honor and support their life's intention. It is practiced through a series of asanas (movement), chants, and breathwork to help us feel the divinity within our own self.

You will also be given a series of journal prompts to assist you in getting crystal clear on what you wish to focus on for 2022.

Saare Elizabeth will guide us to connect the sacredness within us, teach us how to anchor this energy, and share her wisdom with us that we can take with us and make our own.
